We are a team of well experienced and highly qualified professionals with a solid technical and project management background with a proven record of managing complex and confidential projects in the yachting as well as the commercial, passengers and service vessels industry.
We are based in South of France, Monaco, Dubai, and Singapore, operating globally, and attending to any aspect of the refit process.
MICHAEL GERMAIN
Michael has a solid technical knowledge and an impressive international experience acquired over 30 years in Europe and Asia, delivering numerous complex new build and repair projects on various vessels and yachts.
He has successfully transitioned into the yachting industry following on his extensive experience in diverse aspects of the new build, dry-docking, technical assessment, inspection and repair of passenger, commercial and service vessels along with OCIMF inspection for oil/ chemical/gas vessels.
During his role as a technical and commercial director for 5 years at a renowned shipyard in La Ciotat, South of France, Michael has simultaneously managed and overseen all technical aspects of interior vessel refit and upgrade, technical survey and full vessel painting for numerous yachts and superyachts of over 100m while leading contractors and the internal team.
