- Providing comparative quotations following every step of the project, making sure the obtained results meet the set expectations and comply with all international maritime requirements.
LEGAL
- Consideration of all legal aspects, risk assessment, contractual terms with all parties involved, acceptable changes, representation, and interaction with relevant legal departments.
- Collaboration with a selected list of specialized and reputable law firm, ensuring that all contractual documentations have been scrutinized and are supporting the Owner interest.
- Preparation of individual contracts, taking into consideration the project specificity and its legal structure to privilege and protect the interests of the Ownership.
As part of our dedicated services, we also offer support with Insurance and Crewing and their involvement during the refit process.
